Welcome to LUMINA (“LUMINA”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website luminajo.com and any services, consultations, workshops, or resources we provide (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

We are an education guidance platform based in Jordan.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Services if you are (a) at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or (b) using the Services under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

LUMINA provides academic awareness, personalized consultation, guidance on admissions and equivalency, information about international curricula (e.g., IB, A-Level, AP, American, Tawjihi), workshops for students and parents, and downloadable educational resources.
We do not guarantee admissions outcomes or specific grades. Our role is informational and advisory; decisions by schools, universities, scholarship providers, or authorities are outside our control.

We may refuse, cancel, or reschedule bookings for lawful reasons, including misuse or availability constraints.

Cancellations/Rescheduling:

19. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, labor disputes, war, terrorism, civil disturbances, natural disasters, power or internet failures, or government actions.
20. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Jordan shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
21. Dispute resolution (optional mediation)
Before filing suit, the parties agree to make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes through informal negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may propose mediation in Jordan; costs are typically shared unless agreed otherwise.
22. Severability & entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LUMINA regarding the Services and supersede prior or contemporaneous communications.
